Session I | Lil' Flurries 1st-5th Graders
February 1 - March 22, 2026
Introduce Your Child to Volleyball with Our Lil' Flurries Program!
Looking for the perfect way to introduce your child to the exciting world of volleyball? Our Lil' Flurries training program is designed for young athletes aged 6 to 10, providing a fun and engaging environment to learn the fundamentals of the game.
For kids aged 9 or 10 with prior volleyball experience, we also offer the 9-10u Prep Program as a great next step. However, if your child is new to volleyball, we recommend starting with Lil' Flurries for a season or two to build a strong foundation before advancing to the prep program.
Age-Specific Groups for the Best Experience
We’ve tailored Lil' Flurries to fit the needs of every participant by dividing the program into two age groups:
- 6 to 8-year-olds
- 9 to 10-year-olds
Group sizes are kept manageable to ensure every child gets personalized attention in a supportive, fun atmosphere.
Why Choose Lil' Flurries?
For beginners, Lil' Flurries is all about learning the basics while having a blast! With a low 1:6 coach-to-player ratio, your child will receive focused guidance as they:
- Develop essential volleyball skills.
- Build confidence on and off the court.
- Fall in love with the game in an encouraging environment.
Whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their skills to the next level, Lil' Flurries is the ultimate volleyball program for kids. Sign up today and watch your child discover their passion for the sport!
Here's what your child can look forward to:
- Setting & Attacking – Learn to set up the perfect play and hit with power!
- Serving – Master both overhand and underhand techniques.
- Passing & Serve/Receive – Focus on consistency and control.
