Winter 2020-2021 | ASC (Arizona Sports Complex)

Our developmental volleyball leagues focuses on all skills needed to develop the fundamentals of the game such as blocking, hitting, passing, serving, and offensive and defensive systems while also helping prepare athletes for the next level of competition...whether that's school or club volleyball. We do this by providing athletes with practices and matches in a league setting with a trained volunteer coach. Our trained Avalanche coaches will demonstrate drills teaching proper fundamentals and execution. Volunteer parent coaches will then guide their own teams in the drills following the instruction of our Avalanche coaches. Trainings are lead by the Avalanche Club Coaches and the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Each of our seasons run for 9-weeks and include: 9-weeks of practices, 8-weeks of match play, and an end-of-season single elimination tournament. All athletes will receive a jersey during the first week of practice. The athlete's practice day/time is determined by their friend and/or coach request. Practices start as early as 5:45pm for Lil’ Flurries, followed by our Yeti and White Out division practices. Practices are held weekly on TUES or THURS with all matches being played on Saturday mornings.

• Continuing/Sibling Registration | October 6 - 13, 2020 ($225.00)
• Open Registration | October 15 - November 15, 2020 ($235.00)
• Late Registration (if needed) | November 16 - 21, 2020 ($245.00)
  • In an effort to better improve our live streaming services and provide live streaming for all our Saturday matches, an additional $5.00 will be charged to your winter registration.
