Pre-Season Club Prep

Avalanche VBC is kicking off our advanced club prep skills training & play starting September 11th in preparation for the approaching 2022-2023 club season. We'll be running clinics on Sundays & Thursdays for club bound athletes between 10-14 years old. These clinics will be led by Cap II, Cap I & Impact certified club coaches in a "skill-set" rotating-station format. Skills training will cover the following:

• Setting & Attacking
• Detailed Swing Mechanics (Hitting)
• Offensive Systems
• Setter IQ & Advanced Skills
• Forearm & Hand Passing
• Serve/Receive Strategies
• Individual Defense
• Blocking
• Serving
• Volleyball IQ & Court Awareness
• Conditioning

Athletes will also have structured match play on "select" Saturdays at the Thunderbirds BGCS.

It is not recommended that athletes participate in both Developmental and Pre-Season club Prep.

• BGCS Membership Required ($25 for the year)
