Spring 2023 LEAGUE - March 20 - May 20, 2023

Our developmental volleyball leagues focuses on all skills needed to develop the fundamentals of the game such as blocking, hitting, passing, serving, and offensive and defensive systems while also helping prepare athletes for the next level of competition...whether that's school or club volleyball. We do this by providing athletes with practices and matches in a league setting with a trained volunteer coach. All coaches go through classroom and on the court training to provide our athletes with the best possible instruction.

Our spring season runs for 9-weeks and include: 9-weeks of practices, 7-8 matches and an end-of-season single elimination tournament. All athletes will receive a jersey during the first week of practice. The athlete practice day/time is determined by their friend and/or coach request. Practices start as early as 6:00pm for Yeti and Blizzard divisions and 8:00pm for the White Out division. Practices are held weekly on MON, TUES, or WED with all matches being played on Saturday mornings.

  • Yeti 9-11u | 60 minute practices
  • Blizzard 12-13u | 60 Minute Practices
  • White Out 14-16u | 60 minute practices

Registration Dates

  • Thursday, February 16 - 23, 2023 - Early Registration ($225)
  • Thursday, February 24 - March 16, 2023 - Open Registration ($230)

Refund Policy

  • To withdraw from the Avalanche Athletics, Spring 2023 Developmental Volleyball season, you must contact Chris Stanfield by email (chris@avalancheathletics.com) no later than Thursday, March 16, 2023. A 90% refund of the paid registration fee will be given until that date. After the above date listed, refunds will not be available.
