2023-2024 Club Prep

Avalanche Volleyball Club is kicking off our advanced club prep skills training & play starting August 17, in preparation for the approaching 2023-2024 club season. We'll be running clinics on Thursdays for club bound athletes between 10-16 years old. (Rostered HS volleyball players can not participate due to AIA rules.) These clinics will be led by Cap I & Impact certified club coaches in a "skill-set" station format. Skills training will cover the following: 

 

  • Setting & Attacking 
  • Detailed Swing Mechanics (Hitting) 
  • Offensive Systems
  • Setter IQ & Advanced Skills 
  • Forearm & Hand Passing 
  • Serve/Receive Strategies

 

  • Individual Defense 
  • Blocking
  • Serving 
  • Volleyball IQ & Court Awareness 
  • Conditioning

    • Sept. 30 - Training & Play | 1:00-3:00pm

Bonus

Those athletes who complete the club prep program and make an Avalanche Club team...at any level, will have $100 credit applied towards your 2023-2024 club dues!

Refund Policy

To withdraw from the Avalanche Athletics’ Club Prep & Play Training you must contact Chris Stanfield by email chris@avalancheathletics.com no later than Tuesday, August 8, 2023. An 90% refund of the paid registration fee will be given until that date. After the listed date, refunds will not be available.
